As a resource manager I want to plan time against each issue
At the moment I can plan time against a project, component or version. I'd like to be able to schedule time against each issue within each period.

Hi Andy,
Tempo doesn't have a view for categories so there would be no place where you would see allocations on a category. See: http://feedback.tempoplugin.com/forums/78393-tempo-plugin-ideas/suggestions/1315953-add-reporting-options-for-project-category-also?ref=title

Hi Guys, if you are implementing this, could you please extend it to include planning time against a project category - we have a turnover of small projects that fall within one jira category and while we have a tempo team created for that category it would be great if we could plan the team members time agasint it.

In current version of Tempo, high level planning is available feature. We consider this request to be a low level planning feature so please vote on this idea if you want this to be implemented in future Tempo versions.
