default billing key for project with multiply Billing Keys

Hello,
when project has more than one Billing Key it would be nice to have one Default from them.
I have IT support project, enforced Billing Key field. Two billing keys : ITSD; Jira support , etc.
So users have to select one from list.

it would be nice to have one Default from them.
