Help - CSV Import and Import from Service is not visible in Account Manager.
If you are using Atlassian OnDemand and you don't see the Import buttons in the Account manager, do the following:
Please refer to our documentation on Approval Processes and Accounting, and check if the ‘Manage Accounts Manually’ option is checked in the Tempo Global Configuration.
If so, uncheck it and you should see the ‘Import from CSV’ and ‘Import from service’ buttons in the ‘Account Manager.’
